What is MyDiningFeedback?
Our real-time consumer feedback platform. It empowers guests to tell us how satisfied they are with our operation and offerings. MyDiningFeedback generates feedback through a short survey of questions designed on a 5-point scale regarding overall satisfaction, taste, cleanliness, availability of options that meet dietary needs, wait time, and friendliness of staff. MyDiningFeedback also allows for open-ended comment sot provide specific suggestions and comments. It is the best way for our team to see what is working well and to identify and quickly address any areas of opportunity.

The Bothell Dining team is committed to taking feedback to heart and incorporating it into daily services. MyDiningFeedback stats and comments are reviewed daily and are addressed directly whenever possible.
