What is a Meal Plan?
A Meal Plan unlocks delicious meals, coffee, snacks, and more at the Bothell Dining locations on campus. They are broken down into Meal Swipes, Dining Bucks, Meal Exchanges, and Guest Meals.
Meal Swipes
Meal Swipes may be used for entry into the all-you-care-to-eat dining options from Market Bar and for-here fare from Urban Kitchen on the upper level of the Terrace Dining Pavillion. For weekly meal plans, Meal Swipes reset at the end of every week (Saturday at 11:50pm).
Dining Bucks
Dining Bucks are included in all Meal Plans available on campus. Dining Bucks can be utilized in a declining balance format (dollar for dollar) at any Bothell Dining location on campus. Visit our locations and menus page for information on where you can use dining bucks and hours of operation: BothellDining
Meal Exchange
Each plan has a limited number of Meal Exchanges (except for block plans) that can be utilized throughout the quarter and can be used for a meal from Clean Plate, Food Lab, The Drop, or for To-Go from Urban Kitchen. The maximum number of Meal Exchanges that can be used per week is limited to the total number of Meal Swipes your plan offers per week until you reach your allotted quarter total. Example: If I have the Weekly 14 Meal Plan, I can exchange up to 14 Meal Swipes per week for Meal Exchanges until I reach my maximum of 15 per quarter.
Guest Meals
Guest Meals are included in all residential non-block meal plans. They are only valid for entry into the all-you-care-to-eat dining options from Market Bar and for-here fare from Urban Kitchen on the upper level of the Terrace Dining Pavilion.
